The funding will strengthen Agilitas’ capabilities across manufacturing, brands, retail and technology as it builds a next-generation sportswear platform from India.Bengaluru, June 3, 2026: Agilitas, the sportswear platform built from India, has raised ₹225 crore through a ₹200 crore follow-on investment from Nexus Venture Partners and a ₹25 crore investment from Rainmatter by Zerodha.

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate Agilitas’ long-term growth strategy across manufacturing, brand building, retail expansion and technology as the company continues to build an integrated sportswear ecosystem from India for the world.

The round builds on the ₹100 crore invested by Nexus Venture Partners and the ₹400 crore invested by funds advised by Convergent Finance LLP in 2023.

Strategic investors in Agilitas include Virat Kohli, who has invested ₹40 crore in the platform, along with Anushka Sharma, Yuvraj Singh, Hardy Sandhu and Abhishek Sharma. In 2025, 58 employees also participated in an internal investment round, reflecting strong belief in the company’s long-term vision and journey.

Since acquiring Mochiko Shoes in 2023, Agilitas has rapidly scaled its manufacturing capabilities, with revenues from the business growing from ₹642 crore in FY23 to ₹1,350 crore in FY26. Today, the platform manufactures for both owned and partner sports footwear brands across categories.

In July 2025, Agilitas launched Lotto in India, which has since gained strong traction across channels. On June 21, 2026, the company will unveil One8, the high-performance sportswear brand co-founded with Virat Kohli and focused on innovation, functionality and performance-led design.

Agilitas has also entered sports retail with Sportsyard, its large-format multi-brand retail concept bringing together global brands such as Nike, adidas, New Balance, ASICS, Puma and Skechers under one roof. Following the strong early success of its first Bangalore store, which turned profitable within two months of launch, the company plans to open 10 additional stores across India this financial year.

Alongside its operational growth, Agilitas continues to deepen its partnerships with athletes and culture-shaping voices. The company recently announced Sania Mirza as Brand Partner and Chief Advisor for Women’s Sport for Lotto, and Smriti Mandhana as co-creator for women’s high-performance products for One8. The company has also recently appointed Anushka Sharma as the co-creator, One8 Yoga.

“We started Agilitas with a simple but ambitious belief — India deserves a sportswear company that can build across the entire value chain, from manufacturing and product creation to brands and retail. This investment from Nexus and Rainmatter gives us the ability to accelerate that vision further. We are still early in the journey, but we believe India can play a far bigger role in shaping the future of global sportswear.”

Suvir Sujan, Co-Founder and Partner, Nexus Venture Partners, said:
"Agilitas combines long-term ambition with strong execution. In a short period of time, the company has built meaningful scale in manufacturing, unlocked exciting brand opportunities and demonstrated early success in retail. We believe Agilitas is uniquely positioned to build an enduring sportswear platform from India."

Nithin Kamath, Founder & CEO, Zerodha & Rainmatter, said:
"At Rainmatter, we believe India will build large, enduring businesses in sports and fitness as more people take up movement and active lifestyles.
